Terms and Conditions



Payments and Sales:-




We accept payment via Paypal, so you can use your Paypal Account, or credit cards via PayPal.


Any goods remaining unpaid after 24 hours of sale will be re-listed.


Postage and Shipping:-



We will do our utmost to mail orders within 2-3 days of receipt of payment; excludes Bank Holidays and weekends.


All UK orders will be posted promptly via Royal Mail. If you wish you may choose to have your purchase delivered by Recorded mail. There is an option for this at the Checkout.


In the case of a multi purchase, postage charges will be combined or adjusted. Please contact us be finalising your purchase so we can amend the delivery charges.


International orders are shipped via Airmail. Please be aware this may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Any custom, tax or duty charges are not our responsibility and must be paid by the buyer.


We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items but will do our best to help.


Postage charges also include packaging, time and postage.


We will obtain a Proof of Purchase for each delivery.


Refunds and Exchanges



We are confident you will be delighted with your purchase. All our items have been carefully inspected and wrapped before mailing.


However, if you are not completely happy we will offer a refund/ exchange. This will only be possible if we receive the item in question back in our hands in the same condition it was sent.


Please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your package to let us know you wish to return and ensure it is returned within 5 working days.


You are responsible for the costs involved in returning the package and the original postage fees.


Please keep a record of proof of postage of the return and we will issue a refund, minus postage, through PayPal upon receipt of the item. Refunds and exchanges will not be possible for lost items, unless received back from thePost Office in pristine condition.


If your purchase arrives damaged, please take a photograph of the item and/or the damaged packaging. Then contact us so we may discuss the best option( repairs may be possible).


We cannot refund any personalised item.


Additional Details



Many of the items in our shop are not suitable for children, due to their small parts and sharp points.


Please be aware that items should not be displayed near a naked flame of fire, our items are not fire proof.


Products are purchased at owners risk.


Washing and Care Instructions



All neckerchiefs, hats, cushion covers, napkins,tablecloths, mittens, scarves and bags may be machine washed on a COOL wash cycle, although we would recommend Hand Washing all the items. Wring out gently, re-shaping and dry flat.


A COOL iron is recommended.


Any felt or beaded item should not be washed, spot clean only.





Do you take Custom orders?


If you see an item you like but would prefer it in a different colour, size or finish, please contact us and we can discuss a Bespoke custom order.


Please note, Bespoke or personalised items  will need to be paid for upfront via PayPal. Unfortunately any custom order cannot be refunded due to the nature of its' creation.


There is an item listed as Sold I would like to buy. Is this possible?


Each piece is individually crafted and unique. It would not be possible to buy an exact duplicate of the sold item , however a custom order may be discussed with a view to creating a similar piece.
